She has such powerful magic that she can barely control it. Her horn emits sparks when she's even just slightly emotional, stimulated, or aggravated. Her acts of magic tend to be explosive, especially her teleportation.
She gets turned on by magic use, including both when she uses her own and when others use theirs. And, of course, when it is used on her.
